CKF dues are now pro-rated, we calculate this simply as $30 for 12 months ($2.50 per month) from June 1st to May 31st of the following year. So as an example, August through May 31 is 10 months @ $2.50 per month which equals $25.00.
Dues are waived for U.S. military personnel who are on active duty.

Print the CKF Application and fill it in with the name/address of the recipent.
Send it along with your check - be sure to include who the gift is from and
optionally a short note to be included with the new member packet. Allow 10
days to 2 weeks for the new member packet to be received.
Print a Gift Certificate in PDF (12KB) or MS Word (30KB). You must submit the CKF application for the certificate to become affective.
