Benefits of Joining CKF:

  • Ability to submit FREE ads for your kayak gear on the web site
  • Access to the "Members Only" area of the CKF web site that contains members discounts, club library (a collection of kayak related books and videos), and other special club announcements
  • No fee for attending CKF sponsored events
  • Training rebates
  • Opportunity to meet paddlers with similar interests

CKF dues are now pro-rated, we calculate this simply as $30 for 12 months ($2.50 per month) from June 1st to May 31st of the following year. So as an example, August through May 31 is 10 months @ $2.50 per month which equals $25.00.

Dues are waived for U.S. military personnel who are on active duty.

If you purchase a boat from one of our supporting local shops your initial dues are waived.

Give your favorite paddler a treat - CKF Membership!
Print the CKF Application and fill it in with the name/address of the recipent. Send it along with your check - be sure to include who the gift is from and optionally a short note to be included with the new member packet. Allow 10 days to 2 weeks for the new member packet to be received.

Print a Gift Certificate in PDF (12KB) or MS Word (30KB). You must submit the CKF application for the certificate to become affective.

CKF has an email list open to everyone.....whether a CKF member or not. Any topic of interest related to kayaking is appropriate subject matter. The list is often used to announce paddles, to report and to discuss recent paddles, and finally, to ask questions. Subscribe to the CKF email list.
